During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a cord to an internet box cord, printer cord, fan cord, and end table cord accessible to children in the licensed living and dining room areas. (2)(c) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a roll of clear plastic bags under the bathroom sink and a blue plastic shopping bag in a black shelf accessible to children. (2)(d) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a 58-inch white shelf that is wobbly and poses a hazard of potential crushing as it is not anchored to the wall.
